I'm not going to BLAME them for everything, but there does need work on activity. Forum responses for bug-reports sometimes take 2 months to respond and I believe that's unacceptable.
But the main problem for me would be the amount of hackers there are in-game that aren't banned due to AC aswell. I've had friends complain about hackers in s4's stay for atleast 1 - 2 hours or more without a single staff on.
Kinda insane for the amount of staff they have. My opinion.
