Im not saying clans are useless but some things that could improve them
*clan chest:a pv or ender chest for ur clan which can be upgraded
*no friendly fire:clan owner should be able to enable no friendly fire in his clan
*let people /clan chat in events and duels
*clan duels :give clans option to duel each other with and without wagers
*clan wagers:enable players to /clan deposit wagerbank (amount of money) and the clan wager bank can be used to wager other clan

Ur so smart i agree they should also lower the prices for clan upgrades

+1 this would make the clans system a lot better
 
so much potential with clans, hopefully they listen +1 apart from friendly fire
 
Pretty good ideas, with a couple extra tweaks clans would actually have a primrose and make the server a little more fun
