Make an actual player council with management involved, old one was useless, community ran and ignored.
This could help Invaded to not make choices such as change the kb to something every1 hates.
Also motivates more people to make suggestions

Experienced players have valuable opinions and could help the server a lot, management just needs to let them know they are listening, by being involved to some degree.

Being involved to some degree:
This could be done by for example having weekly summary's by the management, telling us if our suggestions will be added and why some suggestions can't be added.

simple fix: management needs to take it seriously and listen to the community. staff put in some effort please
There needs to be actual management involved, old ipc was community ran without higher up staff involved at all.

it’s not that simple - if staff get involved in the ipc they have full control of its operations etc. That’s why it never worked, even when an attempt to bring it back was brought up it still had its issues.

A player council is a great idea but right not it’s really not what invaded needs.

Hmm all issues with the council were, it was community run, there was no higher-up staff involved. There needs to be a real player council affiliated with the server management.

Imo experienced player opinions and suggestions (that actually get listened to and appreciated!) is something Invaded definitely needs rn..

A player council affiliated with server management wouldn’t get opinions taken from the community. They key to a PLAYER council is the player base itself. Little staff should be involved but really all that needs to change is the attitude towards real suggestions

Because the staff apparently needs more input from experienced players, judging from the fact they changed the kb to somethings 90% of the players hated.

By making an actual player council affiliated with management to some degree, they will motivate more people to make real suggestions. Staff doesn't have to be involved a lot, they just have to let us know that they're listening.

For example there could be weekly announcements by staff telling us their opinions on the suggestions/advice, they could also explain why certain things can't be changed or added.

We've had it and it got shut down because Mega didn't implement anything so it became a chore. If it is brought up again, promise us things will actually function and get implemented please.

They should definitely let us know why some things won’t be added if thats what they choose (could be in the weekly summaries i was talking about)

So we as players don’t just feel ignored

I guarantee that if we implement this again, it will function and that things will be properly researched and implemented at some point in the future (if possible.) It'll take a lot of planning, but if the community wants it, I'll be happy to figure something out once we get everything with the server figured out.
