He'd given me the following reasoning to why I cannot return as Admin.

That's why I left to apply for Hypixel, and I was accepted (failed the last interview though sadage); I can't be blamed for resigning admin. I left for a better working condition, which MegaPvP failed to provide as a Manager. I resigned from trainee the second time I resigned because I had a family issue going on, and attended a funeral, and handled some other personal things. I seriously did not think I'd have to go this in-depth about this, but I guess people here don't get the got damn signs unless I draw a map to it.
  2. I worked on 1pick's kitpvp server because @StarZorrow worked on it. He is one of, if not the closest friend I have on this community, and I did not see any problem with wanting to work for him. The manager was concerned about my "affiliation with 1pick". When I was a staff member, I prioritized integrity, loyalty and respect for this server more than friendship. If my friends broke the rules, I punished them. If my friends abused as a trainee, I told the managers. I never gave slacks to any of my friends, and I expect them to understand since that is who I am. If I am loyal to a workplace, I stay the hell loyal.
  3. True, but server just went through a sh** show. Nothing core has changed, and if anything I can work to catch up to the changes.
  4. I took minor breaks where my rank was taken away, because I was being actively doxed and ddosed by those who I blacklisted for illegal affairs. Mega recommended that I go off the radar, so I did. It is not a resignation.

Not only did the manager deny me off my position, I felt personally attacked that they directly pointed into my personal life, as well as questioning my integrity despite how horrible I was treated by their old manager. This is a pure disrespect.

What I want to say is: I've made every effort to return for the community, but unfortunately, the current management, as a whole is looking for a reason to deny me.

don’t worry bro. me, @Decay @e_ic all got denied for immaturity, even after me and decay’s apps got accepted and we got interviews ??
 
Nothing but respect for you bro. For real one of the realist people I know.

Although we know you really love the server and community, you cant be disrespected in such a way for all of the things you have done for this server and continue to try and help in this time of need. We all apricate your efforts.

An very saddening outcome Apex dude. Why would they put down to trainee one of the most hardworking staffs this server had seen but promote randoms from outside the community instantly. This guy needs to get out of here faster

Dont bother, they don't hire anyone with brains or staff capabilities rn. If you'd make the effort to come back let's at least wait until this guy is out of here
