Introduction
Hi everyone, this is Laylim or Yukilamy as of recently. The purpose of this thread is not to flame, rant or spread false information about the current situation. The sole purpose is to give insight to the community about what happened from other people's perspectives. All the information given within this thread is from a trusted source/s and not theorized. Therefore I hope staff can understand the point of the thread and not delete it.
The Resigned Staff
Starting off with this, I'd like to go in depth about what exactly the staff members went through while dealing with affixes.

¨affixes is by far the worst manager i've ever seen and had to deal with, not only can he not do basic sysadmin tasks (***** up forums, server motd, cant properly manage staff team or a goddamn server/update, oh yeah he also is (redacted) with timeframes) but he's also the most immature and unprofessional manager i've ever seen. got the biggest ego on the planet and denies everything left right and center (lies whenever hes in the wrong, etc.).¨

How is it really working with affixes
As you have read above in the 2nd point, that was the experience our poor resigned staff members had with affixes. He has managed to present himself in a “too good to be true” light upon his introductory post, only to turn outthat he’s 2 faced and power hungry. Not only that but he seems very good at manipulating the entire community into his lies, which have been posted in his latest thread, I will be quoting some of his statements and turn them to the actual truth and not his delusional lies:
“As many of you know have noticed, over the past 48 hours a large majority of our team members have resigned. Internally, we have been working on discussing a variety of problems, which has ultimately led to a disagreement in which some members of the staff team no longer wanted to continue in their positions. This is an unfortunate outcome that many of us wanted to avoid, however ended up being inevitable and required me to sit down with the resources that we had to create a plan moving forward.”

What actually happened? ---> Well, that isn’t the case whatsoever, in fact, it was NOT a disagreement whatsoever, or a discussion for a variety of problems, and he definitely didn’t want to avoid this! Here’s what a resigned staff member had to say in comparison to what affixes said: “affixes established right away that he was more important than kvids and zackyy and that all decisions regarding invaded will be running through him and that they weren’t trusted with lots of things that they needed to actually do their job properly as managers and made it clear they would never be trusted with anything (extremely disrespectful towards these two as they worked up from Trainee all the way up to their position.) Essentially, he started denying every suggestion staff made left and right claiming he knows better about the community whilst being here only for a couple weeks compared to 2 years of experience. Once the other staff caught word of this, they voiced their concerns in which affixes started getting defensive and escalating the situation further rather than trying to resolve it, claiming that the other 2 managers turned the staff team to rally against him which is a lie.”
“Along with this, I wanted to touch on some of the updates that we recently made to KitPvP which received criticism from our players. We appreciate your critical feedback, because at the end of the day we’re doing this for you guys and we want you to be satisfied with the content that we put out.”

Is that really the case? ---> Well, at the end of the day, affixes also completely ignored and shut down every suggestion that we wanted, including a kitpvp reset which we’ve been long waiting for. (redacted) has mentioned that affixes has been told that the kb change would be terrible and he didn’t listen, still pushed out that update (which was teased to be big and innovative) and has received critical backlash from the community only to revert it back, which was to be expected considering it was lots and lots of backlash from the kitpvp community.

We have realised this opened the door to include inappropriate banners which were hard to moderate, and so we have made the decision to disable this feature again and remove the banners which were uploaded.”

Many people have provided this same solution, but I will post it here for the sake of the thread: Just like the name changing feature, affixes could’ve added an approval/denial feature for the banners which was ran by staff, this feature has long been here and has been suggested but denied for this exact reason, “inappropriate banners” but the one time it’s enabled, exactly this happens and then it gets closed down again, but could’ve just made it a system in which people would’ve been happy to have it. Truly Unfortunate.

Is that true? ---> Well, according to (redacted), “affixes has definitely valued kvids and Zack, as his servants. they were excellent in what they were doing, but made sure they knew they were clearly inferior to him and never allowed to make change for InvadedLands”.
Affixes' bad side & him ruining other servers
Upon further research, it has been found out that affixes has managed other servers dated all the way back to 2016, which were dying/on the verge of dying servers that brought affixes as manager in hopes of "saving" said servers, however it has always ended up as the servers shutting down or completely dying and failing with the community blaming affixes for his incompetence as a manager. I will keep this section updated as I gain more info about more servers, but for now I only have one to share with you all:
PrimeMC: These are some quotes from someone who has come forward in private contact to share what happened to this server:
"I owned a private discord separate to the PrimeMc Minecraft server discord, He began changing rules that people didn’t like and literally became a meme on Prime purely because of it. There was a guy in my old discord who developed his own discord bot and made a command called “.Jesse” which would return a picture of Affixes followed by whatever you typed, and because I owned the Discord server he decided to blacklist me from Prime, along with 10-15 other individuals. On the topic of blacklisting, he had no clue about how to run a community at all, his rules were extremely harsh and many people were banned by him even though he was a “developer” (Or at least that’s what his role SHOULD have been)". He also deleted criticism from most things. Anyone voicing an opinion was pretty much shot down even though we as the community had been there for a very long time. I was Admin on Prime and left before he took the reigns there, and I had specifically told him each community works different, but he didn’t listen at all. It was his way or no way. Affixes likes to try and make people think he is good at what he does, but in reality, it just makes the community worse due to failure to listen, so unless the owner boots him now, it’ll be too late and damage done for Invaded."

To continue onto what affixes is doing to InvadedLands, he has started externally hiring moderators, which as quoted from
@ZVoltage: "Just wanna say that hiring mods externally is disrespectful to the community. When players get staff,
they already know how the server works, and they know and are part of the community. When they hire externally,
not only do they not meet the requirements, they also don’t play the server and aren’t involved in the community at all. It’s honestly a really stupid system."
Closing Remarks
It is truly unfortunate that this thread had to be made to get the actual truth out there, to show everyone what is actually going on and why we, as a community, should be worried for this server’s future.
Everything said here is the experience the resigned staff members had with affixes and what led to their resignation. We are worried for Invaded’s future, thus we are addressing our concerns as a community for the sake of the server we once loved to come on and play on. We don’t intend to cancel anyone or throw toxicity or anything at affixes or anyone currently in the staff team. All in all, we only wanted to share the experience the former staff had and the actual truth of the situation, not what he twisted and lied about in his announcement post. PLEASE do not delete our thread, we are sharing our concerns and we want our voices to be heard for the sake of this server, if anything deleting will only strengthen our points for the people that have already read it.
