Hmmm. So if my app is that good, I wait until apps close and they'll send a message on the app saying im accepted?

Maybe? There is a possibility that you could still be denied after staff apps close... good luck nonetheless! (if you are applying lol)

What they will do is clear all the applications that don't meet the requirements. In under a month, they will close them meaning no one can apply. They will then clear out as many applications as possible. Because no one can apply, the applications will slim down to a few (1 - 6).

They will then reply with something like:
"Your applications has been accepted. Please PM me a good time for your interview."

You will then be given the "Pending" role on the discord, meaning you are scheduled for an interview. If you pass this interview, you will get trainee.
If you fail, back to stage 1.

So wait, Only one of the few will be accepted? Because my app has like 30 views.

No, depends how good they are.

A lot of the time, the 30 views will be you checking your application. Everytime you go on it, the views will go up.

Not necessarily, but if your app is very detailed and whatnot, they may keep it around for longer, so that as more good ones roll in, they can compare you to the better ones. If I had to guess, the majority of the applications they get are just like "I want to meet Skeepy," so those will probably get denied almost instantly. If yours seems to have detail, they will keep it waiting until later on so they can compare it to the other good ones that get sent in, then from the batch of good ones they pick the best one.

That's just my guess of how it works. Hopefully it is accurate lol

I meant if he moderates another server and still wants to apply here, he should continue to stay active otherwise he will probably be denied for lack of activity.

I have not yet received a message, nt have I been refused, I don't know how long it will take before they look at it.
