confused about a random thing with staff

so like im chillin on forums right, and i look at staff online and it says 5 are online. but i click on e_ic because i didn't know he was back and he was offline for like 5m

anyway then i click on everyone else and they got off at roughly 7 pm
whats that all about?
do u guys have hours or something
