I Didnt expect you to be both stubborn and mentally challenged so here you go ill just copy paste what i said before
theres no hosts which dont give you the ips of your players, you own the server and all information that gets stored on it, they just host it.
Do you really juust intend to spend 5 or so dollars a month just to make a skeppy museum for 10 players?
if you really want to you can just make it a downloadable map (like how old adventuure maps used to be)
im just telling u to upload the world file to a public website like the minecraft maps or the planet minecraft sites, that way u dont have to pay 5 dollars monthly for a server no one will play, nor you risk it being griefied by any of the doggy staff youre thinking of hiring

ok ill cancel the projectpart of some of the many hubs are made by builders, i made this project cause i thought it would be fun and a place where people could see old builds and PVP if they invite their friends maybe but I'm thinking of cancelling it

So did other people in ur status messages. Don't give up just because someone tells you something that discourages you. Just make it your mission to prove them wrong and to mmake what you enjoy. If you really want to do this and put in the dedication into it just do it. I know plenty of people that would like to help you. It sounds like great idea and I myself again would be more than willing to help you.
Were literally giving him advice LOL, if he makes it a server he will be discouraged and tired when people start griefing it or something happens.

tbf it seems like you're stubborn about them not doing it? Maybe it's just something they really want to do. If people want to join, it's at their own risk and should be / are aware of the possible consequences. I'm only playing devils advocate so don't take offense please.

If you want to host the server, then do so. It's your money and your choice, not anyone elses. This is a pointless argument that really could've been avoided.
