ive seen ppl say theirs was denied
I heard of people's apps being denied thus far.
Guys-- the longer your app isn't responded to, the better. And I mean that. If you've been waiting a while on it, GOOD! That means they haven't taken one look and denied it, they've looked at it, but haven't decided whether or not you're fit yet. Nobody is going to be accepted before someone else, they all get accepted at the same time.
Also - keep tabs on your view count. Mine's been viewed 12 times but I know I haven't looked at it more than 4 times.
Be patient, and in time you'll receive your answer. Count on it.

I haven’t had staff experience so I know I’m gonna get denied
I would look into some smaller servers for some experience for next time apps open

Try looking for some staff experience, they suggest that you have before applying.
