I’ve got accepted last season with @Nicki (good times but she got through stage 2) but whew. It takes a lot of time. About 2 weeks.

Don’t question the process of staff apps for it takes a long time to find the perfect 1-3 people for the sever. Don’t worry, as stated in the staff application seasonal post, every application will have a response even if denied. Just be patient!
