If you're gonna say this, at least give them some suggestions on what you think would revive the server. I'm sure if they already knew how to then they would have already.

I'd say they're doing a good job. They recently got a YouTuber to do weekly uploads on Invaded + both Skyblock and KitPvP reset is very soon.
resets aren't even new, they've been a tradition to the server. Yeah it will revive the server for a bit but its not gonna bring new players
