Hey guys. I understand that the anticheat seems to be banning a lot of people for cheating. This is likely a bug that has been forwarded to the right people. In the mean time, below is what you should do if you find yourself banned.
Create an appeal by clicking here. Fill out the information honestly, and explain exactly what happened at the time of your punishment. If you have any clips that show you getting banned, include those. If you are unsure of whether you are breaking the server rules, take a look at our rules here.
After reviewing the rules, if you still believe you were falsely banned then select the No, I am not guilty Option.
After creating an appeal, a staff member will "Escalate" your appeal. It should look something like this:
Escalated means it has been separated from the other ban appeals and you are pending a log check. Please be patient as there are only a few people capable of performing this.
In the mean time, please be patient with the staff team. We are trying our best to keep up with the influx of bans and manage it the best we can, but all we can do for now is wait. Take care!
