What are ways to make this server alive again?
Many problems are abusive and not working/ taking their job seriously staff members, who should be removed from the team. Another good way is for large youtubers to make videos on this server. It would increase player growth, new players and amout of players/ more revenue to use for future purposes like hiring better staff, server maintenance, enhancement, and upkeep. Ban appeals. We know the problem and how to fix it. What are some other ways this server can be at its best?

Please, if you have any evidence of a staff member abusing their powers to an extent that it negatively impacts the server, please report it. We encourage that the playerbase reports anything that they deem to be negative internally, so please report it here

Every single one of us care deeply about Invaded and in some way or another have contributed greatly towards the server. Once again if you have a complaint or report please refer to the link above

Another good way is for large youtubers to make videos on this server.

Partnerships cost money, and I doubt Skeppy is going to spend even more money on other larger youtubers when partnerships in the past haven't yielded great results

I'm failing to see how more revenue would lead to "better staff"

Not sure what you are asking for here. If you are suggesting ban appeals aren't handled efficiently, well then I'm here to tell you they are. They are typically handled in under a week MAXIMUM, so I'm not sure where that is coming from. Blacklist appeals I understand the complaints over, but thats due to other issues that we can't resolve at this time.

Still not sure what the issue or solution is here, if you have any actual suggestions I suggest filling out a suggestion form here

I'm not the first to recognize there are issues with Invaded and we have a long way to go, but if you are going to make a thread to try and provide solutions effectiveness/relevancy is important
