I have made it on staff on a smaller server to get more experience. What are some tips?

Play the server, dont be a chad and change skin from steve then theyll accept you instantly
if you get to stage 2 then write down your answers and be prepared and don't act worried or nervous.

I'm pretty sure he means does anyone have tips for applying not interviewing.
I made a post on a couple of tips you could use here.
It's not very detailed but it's just some common sense things.
Edit: That post isn't really that helpful for when your applying for staff so here's a couple of things you can do:
1.Stay active and helpful in-game and on the forums/discord while you're waiting for your app to be answered, many people submit their app and then stay away from being active.
2.Be yourself, don't change who you are just because you want to look more professional.
3.Make sure not to be toxic/rude to people. It doesn't look at all good and will hurt your chances.
4.Don't lie in your app, the staff do a background check and will see if anything you said is untrue, if you miss a requirement, be honest about it.
5.Don't ask for your app to be checked when you've submitted it, it will seriously hurt your chances.
6.Don't stress about it. Thousands of people are going to apply for staff and many of them will be instantly denied, if your application is denied, you can always re-apply next season.
Can't really think of anything else at the moment but most of it is just common sense, just do your best and that's all that can be expected from you.

Do we know what the interview questions are?
probably just basic questions they just wanna know what your like when you dont have as long as you want to write out the perfect answerr

Just write down all basic staff questions and if/when u get interviewed have them in front of you

make a long detailed app have good experiences on invaded and good staff experience as well as know staff and be over 16 and be known well in game and in forms and make lots of successful player reports is my best advice
My advice also is to do a big researches about cheats, so when you are asked a question you can answer it, also, just be your self, i was interviewed before on a french server, i am not a native french speaker so iwas really really worried about my accent / bad french, because i had to think for an answer, translate it in my mind, an then be sure to pronnounce it very well, but staff were cool and i did very well, there is no need to worry, good luck for your app buddy ?
