I noticed that in the kitpvp store, it said i have to do /reclaim so what is it?

What is /reclaim
/reclaim gives you the bonus benefits that come with the rank (kit, keys, money, etc.)
This feature was added so that players who are not online would get their promised benefits and so that they wont lose items if their inventory is full.
Just type /reclaim in game after you buy the rank and you'll be good to go.

Thank you <3 But I dont understand about kit. I mean If I buy overlord, I have perm to use /kit overlord right? Why do I have to /reclaim to have the kit? Thats what I dont undetstand
You don't need to use /reclaim to have perms for the kit, although /reclaim does give you an extra bonus kit to start it off.
Ranks below overlord get the kit of the rank above them when doing /reclaim (once per season).
