Why are my hero perks nerfed

Why is my /heal and /feed just gone I don’t like it I really don’t
I know it’s a pay to win server but come on, moving perks 1 or 2 ranks up so I don’t have them anymore is just messed up.

they removed the commands from the hero perk descriptions in the shop too, like wtf i paid shit for this
