People will be like that on a kitpvp server it's not all going to be nice and friendly especially on a server where you're not necessarily just given good gear, alot of the time you have to work for it.
You can use the /ignore [player] command to ignore certain people and you can also use the /tpm command to disable your private messages.
Otherwise you are just gunna have to ignore people since there are alot of players like this.
