i think they read ban/blacklist appeals in order of when they were sent, so oldest first. you may have to wait a bit for them to catch up as they get a lot of appeals!

These can take anywhere from a week to several months to be handled, depending on the situation at hand.

I used vpn, they thought I was a chargebacker :/

I belive vps are bannable so just appeal and dont use a vpn while connected to invaded lands
