I want to get Minecraft Staff experience, where do I start?

Just wondering as I don't have much moderator experience. If I want to have enough experience to consider applying for staff on this server, where's the best place to start and how do I get creditable experience that's up to the InvadedLands standards?

I do own a small server and have decent moderation experience through that, but since it's a very small server I don't think it really counts.

how do you go from trying to get youtube rank and basically tryna get known and then you lied or something abt ur content and u got mad when ur app got denied by csyre so you started throwing a tantrum on forums simply cuz ur content is not invaded and ur other content is trash… to tryna get staff. what’s with these special ranks you want. you rly that desperate to try and be famous
 
late but mmc, munchymc, opblocks, & there's about a million lifesteal servers with decent playercounts

I'd recommend starting off with really small servers (your own or a friend's server) then you could start slowly moving up.

hey, so yes a while back I made a forums post i'm not proud of about me getting denied for media rank, however I didn't lie about anything, just handled getting denied poorly. I have changed though and might still try for media rank sometime in the future when I revive my channel.

as for the staff thing, was just a general question (hence the title) as I was just curious what advice people had about getting staff experience.
 
Small servers that do not require experience. (survival servers around 50 players doesn't don't have any experience requirements)
