So I just logged onto the forums and I saw I had 2 alerts. I got really excited as I thought I had gotten a response to my Staff App. Turns out it was just some random post that someone replied to twice. Got my hopes up for nothing :l.

It happens. I came back to the forums after month or so and had 450 notifications. I thought they replied to my staff app, but it was just people making threads

Don’t worry about it, they will eventually reply to everyone’s application!
