I was charged twice for the VIP (Lifetime) (8.00 USD) rank on the kitpvp server of InvadedLands. I paid a grand total of $16.78 USD. I am COMPLETELY aware that chargebacks are considered bannable, but I am only REQUESTING a refund of only HALF my payment, so a refund of $8.39 or just $8.00 flat. The reason behind this is because I intended on only purchasing one VIP rank, not two. To reiterate, I did not "double click" or "spam click" the purchase button on paypal/buycraft, what had happened was when I typed /buy on the actual minecraft server, the first link did not open and was buffering. As a result of this, I typed in /buy again and clicked the exact same link, opening me up to the page successfuly. Unbeknownst to me, I had accidently put two of the same rank in the shopping cart because it was on the same account and two tabs of the same page were open. Anyways, if a refund of half my payment is not acceptable, can I at least receieve the actual VIP rank. I forgot to mention but it has been an ENTIRE WEEK since I had purchased the rank. Double charge or not, I HAVE NOT even RECEIEVED the actual VIP rank and it has been this long. I am hoping to hear any news from any staff sometime soon in the future.

Bro, what are you talking about? Also, why are you trying to be sarcastic to me? I believe my issue to be "important" because "real life" currency was involved. I feel cheated and almost scammed given that I practically paid a server without getting anything in return. Call it all you want, but this is an issue that needs to be resolved and I can't just receive the roundabout "be patient" sort of comment because who else is gonna be patient when their own MONEY is on the line? I would have just called my bank and asked them to refund it but with the rules on this server, doing so would get me banned. So what, I should just wait for months on end until I finally get a refund and hopefully my rank back. By then, I'll probably lose interest in the server. I purchased the rank at the time because that was at the peak when I actually enjoyed the server. This whole rank/money issue is pissing me off to the point where I am viewing InvadedLands in a negative way. I understand that staff are busy but I mean come on.
