You've been permanently muted since you have 10+ chat offenses. You can appeal using the ban appeal form on forums just make sure to classify that you're appealing a mute instead. You can only appeal this type of punishment after a month of being muted, so don't make an appeal now since it'll just get denied
. After a month you can thankfully appeal it and get a 30d reduce tho. (appeal)- Status
