Spawner not working help

Every time I place my rabbit spawner somewhere no rabbits spawn for some reason, I have tried moving the spawner but they just wont spawn?

They need grass and light to spawn. If you place some grass blocks down and some torches (or other light sources), then they should start spawning!

Hello sorry i'm kinda having the same problem again but with a iron golem spawner, might be the spawners placement idk. Do you know what im doing wrong?

when u place the spawner . right click it and press alt and f4 at the same time to enable it

lower the spawner location down by two blocks and also put it inside the wall not in the middle.
