Are ban appeals even looked at

so like what the point of me even tryna unban myself for a false mute evade ban if they take a month when im banned for 7 days
 
im blacklisted so i cant even mine and they still havent responded lol (its been like a year for a 'innapropriate name')

No. They don't care about you unless you buy rank. The entire server is based on rank. If you buy rank they let you do pretty much whatever you want to do. If you don't have rank, they'll ban or mute you for just not liking what you have to say. My advice is play a different server or hell, even a different game since many servers are similar.

definitely not true. I'm still waiting a month for my blacklist and I'm God rank. they are probably just busy or something. I heard they have a queue so that might be it.

Nobody is desperate. It just sucks to see how far minecraft has fallen as a game. Most servers are pay to win now and server mods of those servers tend to be the most corrupt. They'll only care about you as a player if you make the server money. If you're not buying, they'll take other player's feelings about you into account when deciding to ban/unban mute/unmute you. On servers that don't provide any in game items or "crate keys" which is just a fancy way around saying you're buying an item, the ban and mute rate and process is much less corrupt which most people didn't know this server is p2w when they started so now they're invested and they hate seeing their progress go to waste. Minecraft is dying and it's because of corrupt servers like this one. It's just sad to see a game that used to be so fun be clawed to pieces by capitalism.
