Let say John buys Lily a rank. Lily promises to give John 6mil in exchange for the rank. John buys the rank but Lily doesn’t pay. Since John suffered a financial loss, Lily will be banned (or blacklisted im not sure) for scamming. However if Lily pays John before he buys the rank, the only loss suffered is in game so it is allowed. This is why the person buying IRL ALWAYS GOES FIRST.
