Hello everyone, so I basically got blacklisted for Illegal Affairs (Dox/Swat Threats), and 3 of my appeals that I wrote were denied because “I had been given a second chance already and wasted it” and because of the “severity” of the threats I made. I was also told that this is their final decision and I’m never getting unblacklisted, however, I’m going to tell you why I think I should be given the last 3rd chance.
Firstly what I want to say is that this is unfair. I was only blacklisted once before in 2021 April 14th for the same reason just that back then I didn’t know the rules of the server and that it was something not to joke about. This clearly isn’t my usual behavior since the last time I did anything like this was 3 years ago. The funny thing is the person I sent the threats to wasn’t even the one who reported me, it was another person he was on a call with who reported me out of the hatred he had against me. And I know that’s not an excuse, I shouldn’t have done what I did I admit it, but I definitely deserve a last 3rd chance. The 3rd should be an unacceptable blacklist not the 2nd.
Secondly what I would like to say is, what angers me the most is how dare the staff tell me I’m never getting unblacklisted after I invested so much money and time in the server? Sure, if you’re going to spend money on the server you might need to follow the rules so you don’t regret spending the money later, but all the ranks and the crates I bought supporting the server should definitely increase my chances of getting unblacklisted, if being a loyal customer and player doesn’t add more points to that then give me a refund. This is the exact reason why the server will die out, they blacklist all of the most active players on the server and now you can spot 2 players online in the middle of the day. It seems like all the staff are doing is denying appeals on the forums instead of logging on to the server to realize how dead it is.
Third of all, there are many players who have broke rules that are way worse than the one I broke or the same rule I broke and have been blacklisted a lot of times and somehow got unblacklisted 5 to 8 times. What's so special about them? If they can get 10 more chances why can’t I get a last 3rd chance which is all I’m asking? This is the exact reason why my created “Hated Player List” theory might be real. Anyway, Invadedlands was truly a nice experience while it lasted. Lots of good nostalgic memories I’ll miss were created back from the peak of the server in 2020-2022. I'd love to get to play the server again but times change, the good old staff are gone for dumb reasons and the new staff don’t seem to care at all about the server.
