theres a bug with tripwire hooks (didnt notice a bug report channel sorry)

i was building a oil rig, and using tripwire hooks as decoration, and on one block i place the tripwire hooks on it vanishes, along with every single one in my inventory, idk what is happening, i took a short video of it, i tried relogging but they are still missing from my inventory

its not a bug its to prevent people from duping string and etc.

i was able to place them like that in another area so that doesn't make sense, also why would it remove every single one

I've stumbled upon similar Bugs that result in the Blocks disappearing. However, I'm confident this is due to an Anti-Duplication Feature. Sadly, I don't know much you're going to be able to do.

ill prob just use levers instead, i took a break for a little while so maybe its fixed? idk ill see
