I have an IG Farm with a few hundred spawners, they were spawning perfectly fine. But I noticed that it doesn't look like they are spawning anymore. Would anybody know why?

did it reach the max amount of igs allowed? could be wrong but when you reach 4 max stacks im pretty sure it stops spawning them
