I'm assuming your referring to in-game, rather than the Discord. Just to clarify, does it specifically state that you're muted, or are you just unable to send any messages at all? If it's the second case, I suggest visiting KitPVP and completing the Captcha to see if it solves your issue.

No, they were referring to not having played Discord and came back muted meaning they could no longer play Discord anymore.
