easiest way to get a voucher redeemed is to send a dm to a manager on discord. lya has helped me in the past but it appears staff have changed.

As already said you should message a manager on discord (I think LukeLovesCandy can do it) to get the voucher redeemed, but do keep in mind it might take a while untill you get a response as I imagine staff have alot of things to do.

Someone who was opening crates said that the OP (the poster of this) had stole the voucher and didnt give it back to them (iirc)
