Help my igp is not working correctly!

Guys I need help! I just maked an IGP but its just spawning 1 iron golem at the time (and i have 8 spawners) why??

There is a mob stacking plugin on the server that makes multiple mobs "combine" into one. Once one mob stack reached 30,000 Mobs a new one starts building up, so to get more iron golems into your farm you need a lot more spawners and stay at the farm for a lot longer to start building up iron golem stacks.
