Hey everyone!

I bought an IGP from oFinest, and it's amazing! However, I wanted to remove the door protection signs from oFinest, but I can't do it. I messaged oFinest and gave him /trust. He tried to break the signs, but he couldn’t either.

Could any staff member come over and remove these signs for me? I can’t access the doors now. :( ty for ur help!

The owner of the private signs should've been able to remove them themselves after you gave them trust on that claim. However, since they can't for some reason, your only other solution is to contact staff either on Discord by messaging them or when they are online and request them to remove private signs. Doing a forum post and asking staff to remove them won't do anything so I suggest doing one of the other, or both of the solutions that I have presented to you earlier in this message.
The private signs can only be removed by Senior Moderator and above. Regular moderators can only share your request to higher ups and that's about it as they do not have permission to remove private signs.
The staff who helped me the most in removing private signs is Rikhard_, he is a great admin.
