No, don't message them on the Invaded discord, you should privately message them about redeeming it. If you do it on the discord it will most likely get ignored.

yeah thats what I meant looking on the staff list there and msging one of them
 
If you already tried directly messaging managers on discord then there isn't much more you can do unfortunately, so you will just have to wait longer :(
