there was a bug that when u open a crate you are getting fresh air (nothing ) and it takes your key AND I OPENDED 3 INVADED CRATES AND 1 SUMMER CRATE AND GOT SCAMMER PLS STAFF GIVE ME A REFUND.

I would still encourage you to make a purchase support ticket explaining the situation. Proof is of course preferred as it makes things easier, but I am certain it will be sorted either way!
