no it hasnt been anounced yet, but are best guess is beggining of july, so maybe in 5 or 6 days.

That was the last announcement of another reset, that is not the actual time
we dont know when it might reset

It's not, check the recent announcements and dates, thats not the actual reset time.
Most survival resets happen every 8-11 months, and since our last survival reset was last August, I think we can be expecting a release date around early July.
