Staff Application Requirements Glitched

I want to apply for staff the next time it's opened, but I cannot see the applications, it says I don't have permission to see them, is it just disabled for when its closed?

You should NOT be a staff, you have broken rules dozens of times and if you become staff, you will just grief the whole server

Currently, Invaded has already hired 3 Trainees, which should (temporarily at least) fix their problem with being understaffed. If this plan does not work out for any reason, then I am sure they will reopen staff applications. In the meantime, we can reasonably expect the applications page to remain closed.
