MVP, because kit MVP has a punch 2 bow unlike kit VIP you get perms to both kits). and, if you didnt know you get /skin command with the rank (lets you change to any player's skin in minecraft)

Tbh just get VIP unless you play the server a lot. If you play a lot then get MVP

Basically,
VIP is a default with an extra kit.

MVP is VIP with a decently better kit.

I'd recommend MVP
