Is the InvadedLands server going to have 0 players in the future?

Invadedlands probably wont die for quite a while, a few days ago it reached 800 players. Unless something happens, I think Invaded will stay a great server for a while
 
Would be funny if the Invadedlands still around in 2060.
And Imagine if this forum still exists, and watching this thread right now from the far future (I think I have imagined too far but :<)
 
I feel like that is strictly contingent on whether Skeppy wants to continue or not - Or other factors like economical, technical difficulties or the resignations of Managers whom he trust, any myriad of issues but it all boils down to Skeppy. It can be permanent, but I'll give it a good ~7 years more, depending on how the YouTube channel does. 😂

Absolutely plausible, I agree with your point. Previous precedents with YouTuber ran servers typically do not end with the Server being sold, and that is because YouTubers and their servers identities are tied together, when it is handed to someone the Server doesn't revolve around, and InvadedLands most definitely revolves around Skeppy. If Skeppy is gone the community falters.

The precedents I'm mainly talking about are, and I'm going to sound so old when I say this lol, OmegaRealm by ZexyZek, MapleCraft by Canadian, DevilCraft by Devil, Saico by Ryan. All servers from 7,9 - 10 years ago - Server revolved around them and their channels, they did videos basically identical to Skeppy's channel. All of which are gone now, except one.

2 of said servers were sold or transferred to either beloved members in the community etc, new owners couldn't retain membership unless previous Owner was in some sort of Staff capacity, or having multiple YouTuber Owners to retain popularity or confidence in the Server.
