it really depends, if its right where you got tpd yes, but if they lead you to a place and then do it no.

If they have pvp on and you're actively fighting them WHILE they're in combat then yes it's allowed but otherwise you can't do it and it would go under tp trapping/glitch abuse if they have their pvp off. Also having a trap that is accessible from them tping to you or there being a pw near it that is also accessible also counts as tp trapping.
