My Idea for a Better Auction House (Survival)

The Current Auction house In invadedlands, as we know it, could use some
Improvement, and here are my opinions and suggestions for A Better
Auction house in Survival.

- The Current Auction House, could be renamed to /sp, or /sellplace.

Bidding isn't a thing there, it's a matter of first-to-pay gets it, and that wouldn't be how
real auctioning works.

Instead, we could Work with a Better System, With the Usual timer, but here are the catches.

I have developed a Brief Image and Idea of How the New Auction House System would Work,
And I'll give Further explanation to it.

The Player posts the item on the Auction house, with Limited time until the Item expires.
However, In this case, The first player to Buy the Item won't achieve it Right away.

The Highest Bidder gets it.

When the Timer ends, the Player that Bid The most Money on the Item Achieves it.

However, for the current auction house system we have in Invadedlands, we can replace it with /sellplace, like a shop, where the first person to buy an Item gets it.

Decent idea, but the main problem is actually implementing this into survival.

After all, It's just a Suggestive Idea, and If it can't be added to survival, then that's that.
Also this means that if a rare item goes on sale, the most rich person gets it
 
I would like for this suggestion to be accepted since it teaches us how auction houses really work, and I think we should just replace /ah instead of making a separate command since /trade already exists and you could trade items for money.
