7gtz was a mod for like 2 years and mqgy started in 2025 and already got senior mod? my brain hurts
could anyone explain why mgqy is a senior mod and 7gtz is not?

maybe 7gtz just doesnt want th epromotion, idk
mqgy mutes people for sport and i believe it counts towards her quota. She basically muted her way to senior mod.
7gtz wouldn't be up for the job cuz he moderates for fun and hangs out with people. mgqy is the strict noob mod and 7gtz is the cool, chill mod who does his job well. But corporate always rewards the unjust hence why mgqy got senior.
