Click your name on the top right, then this sub-menu should pop up and then click signature and you're done!

If you want an image in your signature, then Go to signature, add an image and it will ask for a link. Use imgur.com and Upload the picture you want, then copy the link into the media link. And save.

I wish people weren't allowed to embed media into their signature. This can be abused easily and is very ugly imo.
