This crate is overall pretty reasonable. It's not an insane voucher hack like the original January key or the Ice key, it's not a scam like the February key. It may appear worse to you on the surface than it really is, because a lot of its value comes from the February keys it dispenses in large quantities.

On average, it returns 39.7% of your money in vouchers, and it offers 3.7m in in-game value per effective dollar spent along with an estimated US$0.76 in IRL value (Invaded ranks, cosmetics).

If you just want to gamble, there's nothing wrong with buying this. Just be aware that this is definitely still gambling and not a sensible way to get vouchers or in-game stuff. 3.7m/USD is probably less than the current IRL rate, but you may consider this to be offset by the IRL-value offerings.

Where are you getting your in game value metrics?
"Note" gives the source for my in-game value metric, if required. For keys other than the one being analyzed (Invaded, Eternal, February), the in-game and IRL value is computed via Invaded Crate Analysis and reused in the table. "Estimate"s are based on what I've bought it for before or what I've seen it go for in AH, or just a guess based on my experience. That's not always going to be accurate. A lot of the time, though, I'm able to provide a value at which an item can be easily sold to a warp.

I'm usually biased toward a lower in-game value than you might be able to get for it, because I'm targeting people who buy a lot of keys and just want to be able to get rid of the stuff for quick cash.
