on bedrock theres no cooldown on weapons either but they have a coolown on spear bc lunge so why not just do the same thing?

nicer way to say it tho that isnt an entire essay: in my opinion its unsafe due to staff failing to protect the players on the server, and even causing some of the problems. This is why the serever should eighter improve a lot or get delted by its owner Skeppy.

(1) that is true, but the owner really does nothing to benefit his server and the players, 2 owners would be better
(2) when* Also they don’t they’ve falsed banned players so many times! 😂 they don’t know how to see if your telling the truth
(3) No? Not really if we had helpers, the people could just get screenshots of people scamming, etc.

(5) less ranks would be better like, if we had super rank, hero rank, titan rank, invaded rank then people would stop judging each other for having low ranks.
(6) Yeah, this one is pretty good now, but it’s still a lot of vouchers.
(7) Yes, but it’s still making it a pay to play XD and people get bored bc they have everyone do things for them like players/shop etc, and players don’t even try doing anything just talk and afk.

(9) /ignore can’t always solve the issue …. Especially if people are being inappropriate.

Hello, it's the number 1 staff pet here with some responses. I do want to clarify I have never had the intent of hate, I know this is your opinion and I am not trying to change your mind. I am just trying to give a different light on the points you bring up for the people reading this, as every argument has it's counterargument. That being said;

1. doesnt make sense. Skeppy is the owner of this server and unless he willingly wants to sell it, he'll stay owner.
2. "Firing the staff with the most complaints" is unlogical to me personally, as this would make a staff position more of a popularity contest if anything, which doesn't align with what a staff member should be. A lot of the staff members on the team fit the qualities they are looking for as per their requirements. In no way should a staff position ever be a popularity contest ever.
3. The reason staff no longer is offering support for scams is, in their words because "We've noticed players using our current rules to essentially turn the staff team into a middleman for these sorts of transactions, which was never the intention of this rule, it has also proven to be working against us in terms of discouraging these trades as a whole. ". Advertising for IRL trades is not allowed either. For scams pertaining fully in-game trades, just simply use /trade.
4. A helper rank is, in part, what trainees and mods do, although helping the playerbase is a part of every single staff role, it is the essential basis of what a staff member is. There's many ways to ask staff members questions and have them answered (Including but not only making forums posts with questions, asking through the discord server or discord dms, as most staff members have these open and respond fairly quickly to my experience.) Also, you can ask other players through once again the discord, ingame or the community support forums section.
5. Honestly, this point I agree with the most. I agree that looking in tab and in chat with all the custom ranks can be confusing sometimes, especially for newer players. I also think that personally, 154$ is too much for a minecraft rank, but that is why I don't buy it. Other people are okay with this price, and they do purchase this rank. Most of the commands / perks you'd be missing out on when not buying the top rank is purely QoL and things as such. The perks from ranks are not necessary at all to play, and playing F2P is easily doable on here.
6. Less vouchers is a toss up for me. I understand your point and I can somewhat agree, although this is also a core part of the rewards from crates, and removing these would disbalance the worth of crates heavily.
7. Less resets I think isn't the core issue with resets, it's the fact that often times it is very unexpected. I think that what recently happened with the SkeppySMP NPC in hub, with it showing when season 1 is ending, is a good way to show how long a season lasts and I personally think that is what needs changing, the amount of times resets happen can always be adjusted depending on the feedback of people actually still playing.
8. I don't think the community needs to decide much more than they currently do. Again I don't think the decision making is the biggest problem, it's moreso the communication and transparency in my eyes. I also do think the community has a lot of say currently with various places to send and place suggestions for changes. The example you mentioned could easily be suggested in the forums suggestions as this is as simple as making a setting within your profile settings that'd decide whether it'd automatically make "double dot P" an emoji or not.
9. Sorry, but what do you mean exactly? The rules currently have an entire section about communication and what is and isn't allowed. Bullying is a form of harassment, and harassment is explicitly not allowed according to the Network Rules.

(1) so he’s not really helping the server lol, he’s a great content creator though! And I get why he wouldn’t sell his server but 2 owners would be better.

Okay, so the others I don’t really care about what you said but (9) I can’t just tell staff what people say to me….. it’s like telling someone you don’t understand about how someone inappropriately treated you….. it’s just not as easy as you think.

Yep! And I did tell people to stop, but they didn’t understand and didn’t think it was bad so I didn’t! And then everyone started doing it and being bad so here we are I quit, and then staff started to join in, so what do you think I could do? And then people started privately being worse, the end.

You know, i don’t think MY lack of evidence is the problem (yes its an part of the problem tho), I did give them 2 that should be good enough, but 1 “is handeld and not an problem” (not handeled in my opinion) and 1 is ''reasonable'' i cant get the ss rn but it was basicly this:

French_Skeppy gets muted, me and my friend asks why, SmokePVP responds with ''what bussiness is that of yours?''

in my opinion this is very rude. and fun fact its actually all of my bussiness because this was arount the time were i started making screenshots of like every interaction with staff, but somehow this is the only mistake that i got a screenshot of.
