The discord support isn't very useful because staff are away, you should use the forum.
Not really , the discord support is much faster then waiting 3 weeks for your appeal to get accepted. When i first joined the server i was false banned because of my internet ,i joined support and within 20 minutes i was unbanned. I know this isn't the case for everyone but you just have to be patient and wait a while , preferably when many staff are online on discord.
I think that if an appeal takes 3 weeks to get a response it's because the staff team need to check it, Zelkam needs to check if what someone says is true and other stuff. Obviously it depends on what staff you meet, I think you were lucky because nobody responds on discord. ( This is my personal adventure. )
Zelkam does not often deal with the appeals, senior mods and above can reply to blacklist appeals but for ban appeals admins usually do not check them as thats what they have a staff team for. Although i do agree they should spend more time reading appeals and unban anyone who has been false banned, the waiting times that are currently set such as blacklist appeals taking a week is completely unture as many take months without getting answered.
