Do I have to /trust u? I have about 4bases and u seem like a nice person. Is there anything in rules preventing u from griefs my me?
 
TBH is you are looking for an ally you would be better off looking ingame as it is easier to talk to people there, or ask on IL discord.
 
Yeah you might get some scammers try take you up on your offer, if you don’t have any friends who you can team with, id advise trying to make some friends on the server and team up with them so you know you can trust them.

People dont respond you there they just ignore you and plus 99% of them just leave and never join the server
 
I would suggest just being active in chat on the server. You need to really trust them before you share any kind of base/resource because once you trust them, they can grief you and there's nothing that can be done about it since you trusted them. Just go out, make friends, and have fun :D
