Can we get like... An option to turn of the visibility of players in the event Waterdrop.
Lets be honest. 90% of the good players in Waterdrop die because u cant see anything due to the other (good or noob) players

Okay, I found a thread suggesting this on legacy invaded. Here’s what I said:


Do you know how long it would last? Some people tryhard that gamemode and are really good at it. If we added invis, it would be fair, but with the sheer amount of kids that participate in the event, it's better we don't have it.

If there was invis, people would just sit at the top of the jump, optifine zoom to the water, and easily win. With that, lots more people would win each and every jump, making the event last soooooooooooooo long.

Usually when I die in water drop it’s because of people in front of me or a render glitch I get with the redstone where it doesn’t render in in time. Even though it would be a lot easier like Redot said, the games would go on For so long. We already get up to over round 100 sometimes and I can’t imagine how long it would last without the people in the way.
 
The reason players aren't invisible is to lower the amount of players in the event, otherwise less people would die, and the event would go on for way too long. The visibility is only an issue for the first few rounds anyway. Staff have said in the past this isn't going to happen.

This was actually suggested to the player council, but a little modified. We should expect to get opacity in water drop soon as the ticket was suggested and approved a couple months back.

they purposely made the event like this, now that almost everyone now knows how to correctly play waterdrop. rather not have a event actually go 30 minutes constantly after its hosted pretty often.

i rlly dont see whats wrong with this idea. U should be able to see anyways, and more obstacles/difficulty to water drop is also approved so I feel it would make sense

i mean tbf waterdrop is hard af to see in but like it adds more to the challenge imo

This has been suggested many times and it has been turned out several times.
Doing this would make it too easy for many players and keep the game going for a long time. Having players visible adds to the difficulty of the game.
