So I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. When you purchase something from the store you know how you get a 10% off coupon after. Does anyone have the problem where the coupons don't work and they say "You are not allowed to use this coupon" or is it just me?

Ya i know that but its been like 20 minutes i have already submitted a purchase support i hope they respond in time
maybe it takes a while for the code to take effect, try again in like an hour if the staff haven't responded by then

there kinda stupid tbh cuz like if i buy something in store im not gonna buy something within the next 24 hours most likely lol
did u take screenshots of the proof of payment? Or if u still have the email screenshot it and dm a staff either here or on discord.Sadly, they didn't respond to my purchase support in time and now there expired
Yeah I have proof of the code the proof of payment and proof of it not working I think I will edit it into my purchase support

I hope so but this has happened to me before and since the coupons were expired they didn't do anything about it I hope the same thing doesn't happen again.
I don’t want to try and beg them because i feel like it will lower my chances of something actually happening
