So I want to apply as staff next season (I got denied this season), and I want to make my application best as possible. has anyone got any tips for the staff application.

Be super active on all platforms, try to get involved in helping the community as much as you can. Don't forget to add as much detail in your application as they want to hear litterally anything about you and what you can do on the server.

There was a guide made by someone a LONG time ago, an OG Helper (yes, there were helpers on invaded) named aricharmm. I have it saved to my PC, when I decide to finally turn it on I will edit it onto this comment. It's a really good and comprehensive guide, one of the best guides made so far that goes over the whole application itself and what should and shouldn't be included on an application.

One thing that’s not suggested enough: Don't boast yourself up. If a statement is Incorrect in accordance to how you act in-game, that’s no bueno.

Overall just continuing to stay active, and over exceeding all requirements. Don't just do the bare minimum. They are looking for people to represent the server and overall just be kind and reasonable. Hope you get accepted next season!
Remember to be active on all platforms, also help any one who may need help. Also, related to your staff app, just be honest with what you think you should do. Say you were asked: "what would you do if you saw a hacker" just be honest with what you would do. Staff will accept your honesty and more likely hire you compared to when you lie about your answers.
