Messaging her via PM's is the best way to go about this not making a thread about it. You will have to wait out your mute. I saw you asked about mute appeals, if it isn't a perm mute you cannot appeal it so you will have to wait it out, making an appeal will be useless in this scenario, by time it gets looked at you will be unmuted.
